Our residence is located in a quiet and green area, ideal for those seeking relaxation and comfort. We have two comfortable double rooms with bathroom and private terrace, and a communal swimming pool for the use of our guests.

Every morning we serve a breakfast of your choice, in peace and quiet. There is also free Wi-Fi, parking and a small communal fridge with cold drinks available for those who wish to use it.

- The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (rocky and uneven terrain).

- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances

A pleasant place for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle with fantastic hiking trails. Yecla is a charming town, and the combination of restaurants, bars, wineries and churches really offers a nice balance of culture and relaxation. The fact that there are also supermarkets nearby makes it very convenient for longer stays. The covered terrace near the room is perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day exploring the city.

We aim at self-sufficient heat generation through solar energy using solar collectors and solar panels for both hot water and central heating and electricity in our house and guesthouses through a smart and balanced system, in which different sustainable technologies work together.
